So what if you are not an aspiring athlete or sports fan? I’m passionate about helping you achieve your goals and dreams whatever your age, ability or condition; the more challenging the better. We will begin our journey assessing your current fitness and you telling me what you would like to achieve. Be ambitious – follow your dreams, because you will find that as we unlock your potential, you are capable of so much more than you believe.
I’ve found that not all people aspire to look like a super model, or a film star, although every individual has a preferred way of goal setting and this may evolve over time. What’s important is that we find the path that is most suitable for you at that time.
‘Bingo wings’, ‘muffin tops’ or ‘six packs’ and ‘big guns’ are top of the hit list amongst many of my clients, along with having more energy, reducing stress levels and boosting your immune system.
I pride myself on getting you to where you want to be in the fastest, safest and most entertaining way possible. Along the way, I can help and advise you on nutrition and give you mental strategies to help you get the most out of your training; soon you will be looking and feeling better than ever and having fun at the same time.
