If you are in the fortunate position of not suffering any injury or discomfort e.g. lower back ache, we can work to prepare your body to be optimally suited for YOUR work and lifestyle environment. A common misconception for example, is that maximum flexibility is desirable and will be a magic bullet against all manners of injuries and discomfort. The truth however is that being more flexible than is necessary can lead to injuries or allow continued poor posture, although this can be down to lack of recruitment of deeper core muscles.
A consideration within much of my Strength & Conditioning training is ensuring that muscles have optimal levels of movement and stability, for example to minimise the occurrence of ACL injuries, which happens to be 5X more common in females.
